Extremely knowledgeable and attentive staff providing one of the best selections in the area. Not all suppliers can answer some of the more important questions buyers may have from time to time, but that is not a problem here. This makes purchases much less stressful and much more rewarding. Met them at Champs placed an order. Paid in full as soon as we saw the invoice but we did not receive correct items. Told me I received 48 inch pieces when they were clearly 18 inches. We ordered 5 of those and only received three. The invoice shows 5x 24 inch pieces were on order, received 7x 15" pieces.
So out of the 10 pieces there. They decided to send 7/3 and just charge whatever. Thats like a $50-60 difference. When we ordered dab pieces at the show they were not even close to what showed up. When I addressed the issue with Alicia she told me you "I dont know how to help you" Terrible business ethic, have never worked with such a shady glass distro. Still waiting for a call back from Monday when the issue was addressed.
